EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT – GRAND HOMES

Grand Homes is looking for an experienced, professional Executive Assistant to the President for our Addison, Texas corporate office. Candidate must be organized, polished and professional, maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality, have a positive attitude to provide outstanding service for both our internal and external customers, as well as a friendly, outgoing personality. Must have previous Executive Assistant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and project support to the company President

• Excellent typing skills required to take meeting notes and transcribe dictation rapidly and accurately

• Follow-up on various delegated assignments

• Prepare letters, correspondence, spreadsheets and presentations

• Respond to and initiate professional and personal correspondence, including phone calls, email, letters, and face-to-face communication in a poised and polished manner

• Organize and manage contracts and files

• Organize and manage calendar, set up meetings, conferences, and conference calls

• Monitor phone calls, take and respond to messages 

• Perform special projects as required

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience working as an Executive Assistant 

• Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and accurately.

• Must possess strong written and oral communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills.

• Must have excellent computer skills with strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Must be self-motivated and able to take the initiative

• Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and exercise sound judgment and discretion.

• Strong time management skills, including ability to prioritize work assignments with changing priorities. 

• Ability to work independently managing projects and activities.

• Must have a strong sense of professionalism.

• Maintain high level of ethical and performance standards in respect to matters of strict confidentiality and sensitive information
